Action/Effects:
Artemida helps to normalize the menstrual cycle,
supports female hormone balance, and provides a

Contraindications:

Angelica Chinese (Angelica sinensis)
produces antibacterial, anti-fungal, and

Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) is used
to treat the symptoms of premenstrual tension and
menopause. Native Americans have
traditionally used Black cohosh to treat

Bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva
ursi) has a long history of use in medicine. It contains the glycoside arbutin, which
has antimicrobial properties and it acts as a mild
diuretic. It has been used for urinary tract
complaints, including cystitis and urolithiasis.
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)
improves digestion and has a sedative and somnolent
effect.
