Action/Effects:
Mega is designed to compensate for deficiencies in
vitamins in the daily diet, to enhance resistance and
immunity, to improve the function of the
cardiovascular system, and to provide Vitamin E and
Omega-3 polyunsaturated fats.
Contraindications:
Mega is not recommended for persons sensitive to its
components.
Dosage:
One tablet twice a day with water at meal time.

Both EPA and DHA are Omega-3 fatty acids from fish
oil that are essential for good health. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic
acid) is
important to many essential processes in the
body, including regulating normal blood pressure and protecting
against coronary heart disease and inflammatory disorders such
as rheumatoid arthritis. DHA (Docahexaenoic acid) is
particularly important to brain development and function. It is critical for
certain cell membranes to transfer information and
for the retina to receive visual input. Brain cells cannot perform
at peak levels without adequate DHA in their
membranes.
Evening primerose oil (Oleum Primula
veris) regulates the metabolism and strengthens the
immune system. It is also used to treat
breast pain, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), eczema
(itchy, scaly skin), Raynaud's disease, arthritis,
and high cholesterol.
