Since 2003 the Vision International People Group Company has offered its distributors the new Vip-Pro corporate professional training program.
The Vip-Pro program is tailored to take several years. At the first stage the Vip-Pro program is made up of two courses.

The Pre-Grounding Basic Course presents the basics for working in the Company successfully. Training Sessions for Beginning Distributors, at which the social and communications skills essential for working in network marketing are developed, are run within the framework of this course.
Training sessions are run weekly for active Company distributors.

The Star Learners Grounding Course presents the laws of leadership and skills for working with one’s downline.   
Training Sessions for Beginning Sponsors are offered at this course. Sponsorship techniques for working with distributors and principles for setting up a successful network are presented in the program of the training sessions. Training sessions for distributors in the current VIP qualification are run monthly.
