Every product has a dollar price and "Commission Value"
or CV. The CV is a measure used to credit commission
bonuses. Thus, when a distributor purchases a
certain dollar amount of products from the Company, he
also receives CV values for that product.
VIP
is a qualification grade distributors fulfill as the
first step up under their Vision Career
plan.
Degrade, or going up the network, is
a procedure that allows the distributor who fails to
make his minimum qualifying purchase during four
consecutive qualifying months to still retain his/her
sponsor up his/her line. However, as of the fifth
month, his/her whole downline group is upgraded to
his/her immediate higher active sponsor, even though
the former may resume his/her active status in the
future.
Active
distributor is a distributor contracted by the
Company, with the contract being entered into the
Company’s database, who has made his/her
minimum qualifying purchase during a qualifying
month.
BADs, or
BAFs, are Biologically Active Dietary
Supplements, or Biologically Active Food
Supplements.
WHO
stands for Whole Health Option, which is the Vision
company corporate philosophy. Underlying this
philosophy is the recognition of health as the
supreme value and a concept of health as harmony of
the physical, spiritual, intellectual and social
quality of life.
Distributor is a person who performs
the function of passing around, or distributing
information regarding his/her company’s
goods/products and/or the goods/products proper in
compliance with the effective legislation in the
respective jurisdiction, and in doing so, he/she acts
under a contract and recruits new prospect
distributors. The distributor renders services to the
Company’s customers in matters related to
acquisition of its goods/products to his/her benefit
and recruits new prospect distributors. In other
words, he/she renders services and builds his/her own
downline organization, or distributorship
network.
Distributor
Individual Identification Number, or ID is
his/her personal identification number issued by the
Company to each distributor, so that he/she can use
it every time he/she interacts with the Company or
its representatives.
Qualifying
Branch is a distributorship group with a CV
3,800, 7,600, and/or 11,400 worth of aggregate
turnover volumes across the six levels of their
downline required to qualify for VIP**, VIP****, and
VIP-MASTER statuses, respectively.
Marketing
Plan is a remuneration system by means of
which the Company distributes commission bonuses
among its distributors.
Minimum
Qualifying Purchasing Order is a required
volume of personal purchases set by the Company for
its distributors to make every month, to be able to
qualify for a commission bonus.
Inactive
distributor is a distributor who fails to
place his/her minimum qualifying purchasing order
over the course of one qualifying month.
Positive
Increment in Gross Sales, or Turnover Growth
Rate is a way to compare gross sales made over
a certain period of time with the gross sales made
during the same period in the preceding year. If the
current year sees higher results, we say that the
increment in sales is a positive value, and business
is growing.
Sponsor
is a distributor who has signed up at least
one more distributors to form his/her downline.
Sponsor acts as a tutor, or business instructor for
his distributors.
Gross Sales
or Commodities Turnover: these are the
foundations of our business. By making their
purchases, distributors already contribute to the
Company’s turnover, for the reason that the
distributor trades his money for the products he gets
from the Company, the Company receives the money,
while the sponsor up the line gets his/her commission
on his distributor’s commodities turnover.
