Since 2003 the Vision International People Group Company has offered its distributors the Vip-Pro Corporate Professional Training Program.

The Vip-Pro program is tailored to take several years and is comprised of numerous courses.

The Pre-Grounding Basic Course presents the basics for successfully working with Vision International. The training Sessions for Beginning Distributors emphasize social and communications skills essential in network marketing.

Training sessions are run weekly for active Company distributors.

The Star Learners Grounding Course presents the fundamentals of leadership and skills for working with one’s own distributors.
   
Training Sessions for Beginning Sponsors are offered at this course. Sponsorship techniques for working with distributors and principles for setting up a successful network are presented in the program of the training sessions. Training sessions for distributors in the current VIP qualification are run monthly.
